It's that time again - your friendly reminder that blueberry season does indeed have an end! We anticipate two or three more weeks and we will be wrapping it up for another year. What does
that mean for you? It means it's time to place those pre-orders and have a box or two in your freezer before it's over. You'll be so happy you did!
Yesterday at market I was talking with a customer about the blueberry pancakes that have become a tradition for their family on Christmas morning. That made my heart so happy! I know our family enjoys a handful on our oatmeal all year long!
Being closed today due to the rain means we have time to make some jam! I plan on blueberry-peach, blueberry, and perhaps that crowd favorite Triple Berry! I am thankful for the cooler temps and an opportunity to get it done.
